DMX began rapping in the late 1990s. He released his debut It's Hot in the year 1998 and Hell is DARK on the 19th of May, 1998. He released several albums, including... Then Then There Was X as well as the Great Depression Year of the Dog... Redemption of the Beast, Grand Champ. In 2001, he was nominated for a Grammy Award for the Best Rap Album Category. His album titled...And Then there Was X. In addition to his musical projects, he also appeared in films such as Lords of the Street Belly Top Five Exit Wounds That Will Never Die Alone The Bleeding Romeo Has to Die Backstage Beyond the Law Lockjaw Rise of the Kulev Serpent and Fast and Fierce Death Race.
